Forty-five year old, Imam Khan is suffering from ‘GOITRE WITH SUSPECTED FELLICULAR NEOPLASM OF THYROID’ from the last 3 years. The doctors, from Cauvery Medical Centre have advised him to undergo surgery immediately. However, his financial condition did not allow him to undergo the surgery.
