Financial problems drive two persons to suicide in different incidents

A 48-year-old man succumbed to the burn injuries which he sustained after setting himself ablaze.

The deceased, M Dharamachari, resorted to the extreme step at his residence in Shivlal Nagar on March 2. He was admitted to the Osmania General Hospital where he died on Wednesday night. He was a carpenter and was reportedly facing financial problems which drove him to suicide, according to Mangalhat police.

In a similar case, 27-year-old B Aruna committed suicide by hanging to the ceiling at her residence in Medipally on Wednesday night. According to Medipally police, Aruna reportedly took some loan against her own house and was unable to return the loan amount. The fear of losing property is suspected to have driven her to the extreme step. (INN)
