The Telugu Desam party (TDP) today said that it would take a final decision on support of Presidential elections to be held in July only after consulting other parties. Talking to newspersons here, Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party Leader Nama Nageswara Rao said meeting of party politburo was held today to discuss the issue of Presidential elections however no decision was taken.
He said “we have decided to take a final decision after having detailed discussion on the issue with other political parties and TDP leaders.” The politburo also discussed latest political developments in the country, he added. UNI
