Hyderabad: Instructional Media Centre (IMC) of Maulana Azad National Urdu University and Directorate of Film Festivals (DFF) are organizing “Indian Panorama Film Festival 2019” on the occasion of Jashn-e-Baharan (Students Annual Festival). The film festival will be inaugurated on February 25, 4.30 pm at CPDUMT Auditorium, MANUU Campus.
National Award Winning Film Maker, Mr. Vinod Kapri will be chief guest and Tanu Rai, Deputy Director, DFF will be the guest of honour. Dr. Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz, Vice-Chancellor will preside over the inaugural.
The first film of the festival will be “PIHU”, directed by Mr. Vinod Kapri himself. As per schedule film “Raazi” will be screened on February 26 and “Coffin Maker” on February 27 at CPDUMT auditorium at 5.00 pm whereas film “Listen Amaya” will be screened on February 28 and film “Newton” on March 1 at DDE auditorium, 5.00 pm. The programme is guided by Dr. M A Sikander, Registrar and supervised by Mr. Rizwan Ahamd, Director, IMC.
