Prof. S A Shukoor Special Officer and Mr. Abdul Hameed Executive Officer Andhra Pradesh State Hajj Committee have requested the aspirants of Hajj 2014 not to indulge in unnecessary confusion with regard to submitting Hajj application forms, instead fill the forms with relaxed mind. The sample of the affidavit to be submitted along with the form has been given in the form itself.
The affidavit need not be typed on bond paper nor notarized it but can be written on a plain paper. The forms can be filled on photo copies of the original form. For any query contact the office of Hajj Committee, located at Hajj House, Nampally, Hyderabad or dial 040-23298793.
