File case on ‘Kingpin’ Chandrababu: Kavitha

TRS MP from Nizamabad K Kavitha today demanded that TDP president and AP Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu be booked as accused number one in the infamous “Cash for Vote” case that landed his party MLA Revanth Reddy into jail.

Speaking to the media, Kavitha accused Chandrababu of brain behind the murky Revanth Reddy episode. “Chandrababu is the kingpin in the alleged “Cash for Vote” case and the investigating authorities should book him as the main culprit, she demanded. “It was Chandrababu, who drove Revanth Reddy into the graft case”, she alleged. Kavitha also demanded that the Government not spare Chandrababu from investigating him for his alleged involvement in the case.
The entire nation has witnessed the footage in television channels in which Revanth repeatedly spoken about his boss Chandrababu who has pressed him to set the deal of Rs 5 crore, she said. The TRS leader also expressed surprise as to why Chandrababu, who often speaks of CBI inquiry into other cases, is keeping quiet in Revanth episode. It is for the TDP chief to respond on the case immediately, irrespective of his involvement, she said. She also slammed Chandrababu for trying to malign the TRS Government. The ‘Yellow Media’ was giving all-out support to the conspiracies of the TD president. (NSS)
