Minhaj Akhtar, President Elect, along with entire FIA, Chicago Members Family and Trustees Invites Indian-Americans for the 67th India’s Republic Day Celebrations and Gala Banquet.
Federation of Indian association (FIA), Chicago is celebrating the 67th Republic Day of India, followed by a Gala Banquet, with traditional enthusiasm and fervor, on January 26th, 2016, 6:00 PM onwards, at Shalimar Banquet, 280 W. North Ave., Addison, IL 60101.
The event, with free entry, will also be an occasion to remember and support the victims of the recent torrential rains and massive flooding which devastated Chennai and surrounding areas in the State of Tamil Nadu.
While Dr. Ausaf Sayeed, Consul General of India in Chicago will be the Chief Guest, Niranjan Shah, FIA Trustee and Supporter of Indian community, will be the Guest of Honor, at the event.
Syed Hussaini and Venood Patel will be the Chair and Co-Chair, respectively, of the Gala Banquet.
