Felt like hitting Yogi Adityanath with his own footwear: Uddhav Thackeray

Mumbai: Slamming Yogi Adityanath for not removing his footwear when garlanding a photo of Maratha warrior king Chhatrapati Shivaji, Uddhav Thackeray said he felt like hitting Yogi with his own footwear. Uddhav wrote, “he garlanded (photo of) Shivaji Maharaj while wearing chappals. I felt like taking the same chappals and hitting his face with it.”

Uddhav expressed his anger in his write up in Shiv Sena mouthpiece Saamana. It must be noted that Yogi Adityanath during his recent visit to Palghar had garlanded the photo of Chhatrapati Shivaji.

Lashing out at the UP CM Shiv Sena chief further wrote “He is no yogi, he is a bhogi. Had he been a yogi, he would have given up everything and gone and sat in a cave. But he has gone and sat in the CM’s chair.”

Uddhav also slammed BJP saying the BJP has become a ‘mad murderer’ that stabs anybody coming in its way.
