A felicitation function will be held at 6:30 p.m. on 31st January at Urdu Hall Himayath Nagar to felicitate Prof. Fatima Parveen, former Head of the Dept. of Urdu and ex-Vice Principal, Arts College, OU. Mr. Mohammed Abdul Raheem Khan, Secretary Ajuman-e-Taraqui-e-Urdu will preside over the function. Prof. K. Pratab Reddy, Registrar of OU, Prof. S.A. Shukoor, Director of Urdu Academy and others will attend the function. Mr. Fazil Husain Parveez will welcome the guests. Mr. Mahboob Khan will introduced Prof. Fatima Parveen. Noted Poet, Tasneem Johar will offer versified tribute to Prof. Fatima Parveen. Mr. Mohammed Nazeer Ahmed will propose vote of thanks. Dr. Javeed Kamal, Convener will conduct the meeting.After the meeting a Mushira will be organized under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohammed Qamaruddin, Rtd. Engineer-in-Chief.
