Telangana State Government is likely to take a decision shortly on fees reimbursement for its students. Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao held an all party meeting at Secretariat here today and took suggestions from the leaders.
Ministers Etela Rajender, T Harish Rao, Congress leaders D Sriniavas and J Geetha Reddy, BJP leaders Bandaru Dattatreya and Dr K Laxman, Telangana TDP MLA, R Krishnaiah attended the meeting. They are said to have suggested to the CM to take immediate steps to reimburse the fees without any further delay. It is stated that KCR is to take cognizance of the inputs given by the political parties, while student unions of the region are mounting pressure that only Telangana students get the facility of fees reimbursement.
