Hyderabad: Financial crunch led a farmer to suicide at Ellareddy. According to sub-inspector Purneshwar, 60-year-old, Venkateshwara used to work as a farmer to eke livelihood for the past 20 years. He became bankrupt due to insufficient rain during the past two years. He was also not finding himself fit health-wise. Dejected over this he consumed poison and committed suicide.
