A 45-year-old farmer committed suicide by setting himself ablaze allegedly due to financial problems.
According to Ibrahimpatnam police, the deceased, L Bagaiah, took the extreme step at his Sheriguda on Sunday. He was immediately rushed to Osmania General Hospital where he succumbed a few hours after admission.
In another case, Aijaz Jani, 19, resorted to the extreme step by hanging to the ceiling at his residence in Laxminarayana Colony on Monday morning. He was a fast food master in a local hotel, according to Uppal police. (INN)
