Farah’s offer rejected by Shahrukh

Mumbai, December 21: Gossip mongers in Bollywood sensed trouble after Shahrukh Khan turned down Farah Khan’s offer to do a film recently.

Shahrukh and Farah were considered good friends and Farah gave him preference always. But after Farah bought Akshay Kumar instead of SRK for ‘Tees Maar Khan,’ one of the films Farah is doing, things seems to have changed between them.

Sources also said that King Khan appeared disinterested working with Farah now.

Shirish Kunder, Farah’s husband, had announced three films with Farah, ‘Tees Mar Khan’, ‘Alien Sahib’ and ‘Joker.’ While Akshay has been roped in for ‘Tees Mar Khan’, Shahrukh was offered ‘Joker,’ which is also very close to Kunder and the film’s script was written keeping King k.

Khan in mind but Shahrukh turned down the offer after which it has been given to John Abraham.

A source was quoted saying in a daily, “Kunder spoke to John about it a few days ago. John loved the role and has given his consent to do the film. The film requires immense pre-production work, which is in process now.”

Earlier, Shahrukh was supposed to produce Joker but now things seem to have turned sour between SRK and Farah.

The film will now be produced by Shirish and Farah’s banner, Three’s Company.
