Hyderabad: Fake police once again created terror under Cyberabad police limits. A man belonging to Devarakonda, Nalgonda district was stopped on the pretext of frisking and robbed off 1.40 lakh.
According to sources Srinivas (44) belonging to Devarakonda works with Narendra. Both came to Hyderabad for purchasing poultry feed. The incident occurred on their return, near Sagar Ring Road.
According to sources on the direction of his boss Narendra, Srinivas was going to LB Nagar through Sagar Ring Road when two persons on bike stopped him and searched his bag on the pretext of frisking. One diverted his attention by asking him to call his owner; meanwhile the duo decamped with the bag.
