Fake document preparation racket busted, 4 held

Hyderabad: Shamsabad RGI Police arrested a gang of four persons. They were preparing fake documents of Indiramma Pattas for allotting plots at the Airport Colony, Shamsabad.

DCP of Shamsabad, Ms. Padmaja and her team consisting of Inspector Mahesh and others arrested S. Raju (40), Vijay Sagar (34), T. Raju (37) and P. Sudhakar (44), residents of Shamsabad and seized Rs. 1.80 lakh cash, fake pattas, motorbike, printer and CPU from their possession.

According to the details of the case, S. Raju organized a gang and cheated people by giving Indiramma Pattas for the construction of houses at Airport Colony. He sold these pattas and collected huge money. He used to get these documents prepared by Sudhakar who was functioning as document writer in registration office. He bought gold from the amounts collected and mortgaged it through Rajya Lakshmi.

He used to sell these plots through the brokers, Rama Devi, Narendra Reddy, Ghaffar, Sampath Reddy, Khader and others. All of them are absconding.

Police acted on a complaint and arrested four persons. They were given in judicial custody. Special Team has been constituted to arrest the absconding persons.
