Bihasharif, April 25: A person allegedly dealing in fake currency was today arrested in Bihar’s Nalanda district with the police claiming to have recovered counterfeit notes with a face value of Rs 90,000 from him.
The man was arrested from Laheri village following specific information and was found to be a resident of Barbigha in adjoining Sheikhpura district.
The fake currency notes were in the denomination of Rs 500, district Superintendent of Police Jitendra Rana said
