A news item was published at page 12 of Siasat Urdu Daily on 25th December regarding illegal sale of Moosapet land. Alleging Mr. Salam Bawazir and others, Mr. Ali Murtuza Husain had filed a fake case on the section 420 of IPC in Kukatpally police station. As a consequent of it Mr. Salam Bawazir was arrested by the police. His advocate Mr. Venkateshwarlu contacted Siasat Urdu Daily and showed the original documents. As per these documents this land was purchased by the descendants of Mr. Ali Mohammed Khusro, namely Mr. Omer Khusro and other under GPA agreement no. 18975/05 and the entire amount was paid to them after taking possession.
Mr. Venkateshwarlu told that the complaint lodged by Mr. Ali Murtuza Husain is fake. It is an attempt to collect some more money from his client.
