Faiz-e-Aam Trust responds to Siasat news, extends support to Anees Begum and 2 handicapped sons

An old dilapidated house at Chowk located at Aurangabad in Maharashtra, collapsed all of a sudden on 24th august 1982. 5 poor children became orphans in the incident. Late Mr. Zulfiqar Husain who was very much moved by the said incident established Faiz-e-Aam Trust. The trust formed in 1983 has been supporting thousands of people from Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh irrespective of religion and cast. Faiz-e-Aam trust enjoyed Siasat’s patronage since its inception. Siasat’s founder late Mr. Abid Ali Khan was its founder chairman. Following in his father’s footsteps Mr. Zahed Ali Khan also extends support to the trust; he is the MC member of the trust.

A report was published in Siasat daily on February 8, regarding the sad tale of a mother of two physically challenged young boys. The report mentioned the hard times the mother goes through every month to obtain pensions for her physically challenged sons. Looking after the sick husband and bringing up two physically challenged sons, and 6 other children including a daughter of marriageable age has become an ordeal for her.

By the Grace of Allah Faiz-e-Aam trust authorities positively responded to the report published in Siasat and decided to extend complete financial support to the family of Anees Begum. The trust also provided wheels chairs to 20 year old Mohammed Irfan and 17 year old Mohammed Afroz.
