Faiz-e-Aam Trust offers aid to differently abled man

Hyderabad: The philanthropic instinct of Siasat editor Mr Zahid Ali Khan forces him to be in constant search for the people who are in need. He used to see a differently abled person on Bahadurpura, Kishan Bagh road who ran a mobile repairing shop. Recently when Siasat editor happened to pass by the shop, he stopped his vehicle and enquired the wellbeing of 35-year-old, Mohammed Arshad Ali Khan. The youth informed him that he ran a mobile repairing shop with his elder brother Abid Ali Khan, but they were in deep trouble as the business was down those days.

Arshad and his brother Abid both are physically handicap. Arshad is married and has two children. They had to shut down the shop for about a year as they suffered loss in business.

After listening to his hardships, Mr Zahid Ali Khan called Arshad to Siasat office and arranged his meeting with Secretary Faiz-e-Aam Trust Mr Iftekhar Husain.

Faiz-e-Aam Trust, after listening to his story, decided to give him an aid of Rs. 20000, to set up the business again. Both the brothers filled the shop with confectionaries and other items liked by the children.

Siasat editor Mr Zahid Ali Khan and secretary Faiz-e-Aam Trust Mr Iftekhar Husain inaugurate the shop. Mr Rizwan Hyder and Mr Syed Hyder Ali were also present on the occasion. Faiz-e-Aam Trust also announced financial aid for the education of Arshad’s children.
