A 16 year old student committed suicide by consumed unknown poison at his residence on Wednesday night hours in Jubilee Hills police station limits.
According to Jubilee Hills police, deceased S Shanker (16) an tenth standard student S/o Papa Rao R/o Road No 66 of Jubilee Hills committed suicide by consumed unknown poison at his residence on Wednesday night hours, Immediately rushed to nearest private hospital for treatment where undergoing treatment he was died on Thursday morning hours.
The family members of the boy told the police that he slipped into depression due to over failure in exam and might have ended his life over it.
Jubilee Hills police registered a case and dead body shifted to Osmania Hospital Mortuary for post-mortem, after autopsy deceased body handed over to his relatives. Sub Inspector M Mahender Reddy said. (INN)
