The State Government has decided to give a facelift to Qutub Shahi tombs which stand as a testimony to the historic significance of the city.
The State Archeological Department will be taking up the works soon to the Tombs, which has become a picnic spot and there were film shootings as well, before some groups objected to the misuse of the place. The State government in association with Agha Khan Foundation will take up the works with a cost of Rs 90 crores to give a facelift to the historic monument. (INN)
