Hyderabad: Social Media was helpful in tracing out a boy in Punjab. This boy was reported missing from Moula Ali area in 2011. It was possible for the police to trace out the boy with the help of his parents. The mother of the missing boy had seen the profile of her son on Facebook.
The boy was found with a landlord in Rana Kala village of Amritsar in Punjab.
On the tip given by the mother, police traced out the whereabouts of the boy. It may be mentioned that Dinesh Jaina had gone away from home in 2011 without telling anyone. The mother had lodged a complaint at the police station.
Police team brought him back from Punjab and handed him over to his parents.
