Yamunanagar: In yet another shameful incident, a 15-year-old year Dalit girl was allegedly raped by a 37-year-old man and his friend. They reportedly committed this heinous crime in moving car.
According to the report published in Glenwood Guardian, this incident took place in Yamunanagar, Haryana.
The victim had come in contact with the accused on Facebook. The accused was forcing her to meet him.
Ultimately, the accused and the victim decided to meet near Lal Dwara Temple on July 26. The accused along with his friend was waiting for the victim. When she reached the scheduled meeting spot, the accused pushed her inside the car. Both accused and his friend raped the victim one after the other in the moving car. After committing the crime, they left the girl in a park located near her house.
Later, the mother of the victim lodged a complaint in the police station. In the complaint, she also alleged that the accused persons had threatened her daughter. Based on the complaint, police registered a case against the accused persons.
Talking about the case, police said that they have arrested the main accused on Wednesday.
Police registered a case against both the accused under various sections of IPC, POCSO, SC/ST Act.
