Brasilia, December 23: After weeks of speculation, 7-time World Champion Michael Schumacher is set for a return to Formula 1 racing. 40-year-old Schumacher has signed a 7-million Euros a year deal with German team Mercedes GP.
With this signing, the successful pair of Michael Schumacher and Ross Brawn will renew their celebrated partnership.’Schumi’ as he’s known by fans will partner race-driver Nico Rosberg in Mercedes GP.
The German, who retired after the 2006 Brazilian Grand Prix, will be looking to add on to his record-breaking 7 World Championships, 91 Grand Prix wins, 68 pole positions, 154 podium finishes and more.
