Hyderabad: Commission of AYUSH has issued orders for the appointment of an Eye Specialist at Nizamia Unani Hospital, Charminar. It is understood that Dr. Darakhshan Quraishi who is working at Sarojni Devi Eye Hospital has been deputed at Unani Hospital, Charminar.
Superintendent of the hospital has also issued instructions to set up eye Operation Theater in order to facilitate eye operations in the hospital.
Telangana Unani Medical Officers Association thanked Dr. Rajender Reddy, Commissioner, AYUSH and Dr. Meer Yousuf Ali, Addl. Director, AYUSH for appointing Eye Specialist in the hospital. The association requested the authorities to fill up the posts of Gynecologists and Surgeons in order to facilitate the patients.
