The seriously injured man in Jubilee Hills attack case succumbed to injuries on Monday. It must be recalled that 36-year-old Nagaiah Swami who resided in N S B Nagar was attacked by a goon for not paying ‘hafta’. He was seriously injured in the attack and died while under going treatment.
Nagaiah Swami used to run a chat bhandar on a footpath. A goon of the area was pestering him to pay Rs. 100 daily. On the fateful day also criminal Venkatesh who was recently released from jail asked Swami to fork out money. On latter’s refusal, he attacked him and fled living Swami seriously injured. Swami is survived by a wife and 3 daughters.
