California: An Indian family of four members reportedly went missing since April 5 in California after the family went on a road trip from to Portland to California.
Sandeep Thottapally, his wife Soumya and two kids -Siddhant and Saachi were on a road trip and had travelled to Portland from Los Angeles.
The family is now reported as missing and authorities investigating the case suspect the family might have met with an accident and their car is washed away in California’s Eel River.
Vice President of Union Bank, Sandeep often took road trips with his family.
The investigating authorities said they got some clues about the location of the vehicle with the help of their phone GPS.
Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj who has learned about the incident through Sandeep’s father said the Ministry is coordinating with the police and the Indian Consulate in San Francisco.
