Patna, September 15: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi today asked RJD leader to explain the whereabouts of his wife and former Chief Minister Rabri Devi from the scene of electioneering .
“Where is Rabri Devi? ….why is she missing from the battleground for the assembly polls”? Modi asked in a statement here.
“It appears that Prasad has intentionally kept the former Chief Minister in her house on poll eve apparently to diffuse the adverse electoral outcome owing to her invisible presence as the leader of the opposition in the state assembly for five years,” he said.
Modi said that Prasad might have kept his wife away from the public glare to hide her non-performance as the Chief Minister of the state for about eight years during which the cabinet meetings used to get over within minutes due to the latter’s inability to speak or clear the files.
