These thoughts were expressed by Mr. Zaheer uddin Ali Khan Managing Editor of Siasat while delivering the presidential speech on the occasion of the inauguration of Arabic classes in Musheerabad Girls’ Junior College.
He told that 40 years ago, the population of the Muslims in America was one lakh, it has now exceeded 90 lakh. Islam is the rapidly growing religion in the West. He further told that internet has become the effective source of acquiring knowledge.

Muslims can offer a key role in the propagation of knowledge through internet.

Prof. Abdul Moiz, Head of the Dept of Arabic of Maulana Azad National Urdu University in his speech told that no one is in a position to read the English language that existed 15 hundred years ago but it is the miracle of the Quran that there is no change in the spoken or written Arabic language even after 1400 years after the advent of Islam.

Today, the language of media is Arabic. This is the same language which the Quran has taught us. The sweetness and melody of this language can’t be seen in any other language.
He further told that it is the pride privilege of the land of Deccan that in every period, it produced Arabic Scholars.

He congratulated the authorities of Siasat Urdu Daily for promoting Arabic teaching classes. The efforts of Siasat have turned into a movement within a short span of time. It has become very popular among the students. This has generated a new fervour among the Muslim ummah.

Mr. Syed Ali Yedullahi, President of Mahdaviya Club Education Society said that the miracle of the Quran would continue till the Doomsday. He told that the greatest need of a girl of today is to learn Arabic because when this girl becomes mother, she would teach Arabic to her children.

He prayed for the development of Siasat Urdu Daily and said that it has become the harbinger of the renaissance of the Muslim Ummah.
Qari Mohammed Asifuddin recited Quranic verses. Dr. Syed Shujauddin Aziz, convenor of Arabic classes conducted the meeting.
