Finance Minister Etala Rajendra asserted that TRS government would undertake such large scale measures for the upliftment of minorities that would remove the feeling of being minorities and insecurity among them. Answering a question during budget session in the council he told that government is committed to its promise of minority development and welfare.
Etala told that government’s seriousness towards minority development is evident from the fact that it allocated the budget of Rs. 1105 crore during the year 2015-16. Besides this funds would be released under green channel. Residential schools would be established on par with STs.
