Executive Engineer Office of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWS&S), Karimnagar Division, Karimnagar District was caught red handed by the ACB officials on wednesday at 10.30 AM in his office, when he demanded and accepted an amount of Rs.10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as bribe from the complainant, for doing an official favor i.e. “ to forward the bills of Rs. 7,00,000 pertaining to the construction of water tank at Nancherla (V) of Karimnagar District. ”.
Bribe amount of Rs.10,000 was recovered from him. The Accused Officer has been arrested and will be produced before the Honorable IInd Additional Special Judge for SPE & ACB Cases, Hyderabad. (INN)
