What will you be doing?
Introducing programs conducted by INSOFE to freshers and working professionals through calls, mails and other mediums across India
Responding to enquiries received via calls/mails
Counseling the walk-in students at the centre and following up with prospects on time
Generating enrollments for the programs conducted at campus
Supporting students in admission process
Nurturing good relationship with potential aspirants.
Lead management
Achieving set targets by organization
Reporting numbers on day to day basis for better monitoring
Executing the tasks assigned ethically and following the rules and guidelines set by the organization
Attending and representing INSOFE at various information sessions/Conferences.
Desired Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years experience in cold calls/counseling/business development/sales
Strong Communication Skills (written, oral)
Aptitude and business acumen for sales and marketing
Maintain a healthy and co-operative environment in the team
Able to work independently in a competitive environment
Quick learner and open to learn new things
Ability to stretch themselves on need
Team work
Target oriented
Should be hands-on with MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.)
Understanding of Social media marketing, multimedia tools
Salary:INR 2,25,000 – 3,50,000 P.A. Salary not constraint for the right candidate and incentives apart from the salary
