Ex-surveyor lets loose dogs on ACB officials to thwart raid

Hyderabad: The suspended government official let loose his dogs on the sleuths of Anti-corruption Bureau (ACB) when they came to raid his premises in connection with a disproportionate assets case.
According to sources Ganeswara Rao who was working as surveyor in survey department of Vizianagaram district was suspended on the complaints of corruption and bribery. Despite that he continued his activities
After getting concrete evidence, the ACB sleuths conducted simultaneous raids of former surveyor of Vizianagaram Gedela Lakshmi Ganeswara Rao’s assets in 17 places located in Hyderabad, Vizag, Vizianagaram, East and West Godavari districts. His friends and relatives are also being raided.
However when the ACB sleuths entered his residence for raid he let loose his dogs on them and the officials had to run for their lives.
Later taking the help of local police ACB sleuths gained entry into the house by breaking open the main door of the house.
