Ex-employee of Wipro goes missing

On Friday, a woman software engineer was missing from the Jeedimetla police station limits in Cyberabad. A missing complaint was lodged by the parents of the 24-year-old woman with the police stating that she left home leaving a letter saying she will not return. Till recently, the woman was working at Wipro.

According to Jeedimetla police, On Thursday, at around 2 pm, Vijeetha left her Papireddy Nagar residence in Jagathgirigutta after telling her parents that she was going for a job interview. However, when she did not return home even at 9 pm, the parents got apprehensive. When they called her on her cell phone, they found that she had left it behind at home. They later discovered a note in which she stated that she was leaving home never to return and thanked her parents for bringing her up.

Vijeetha has taken her passport and her educational certificates, according to Police. Sub-Inspector Linga Naik said, “Though she left her mobile phone, she made sure that all the contacts in it were deleted.” Vijeetha had give up her job from Wipro on January 2 this year. Police registered a case of missing and investigation is under progress.
