Hyderabad, August 15: For the past 21 years ex-constable Abdul Quadeer is suffering in prison. He was imprisoned on 12th December 1990. Although, he has completed 14 years of imprisonment, he has not yet been released.
For the past three years, he is not being released even on the occasion of important Muslim festivals like Ramzan and Bakrid on parole. Why is it so?
Two months back, he was released on parole for 7 days when his mother has died. He has completed his imprisonment term. His character in prison has also been exemplary. He has grown old and weak. He is suffering from diabetese and blood pressure. He is being treated in the hospital.
His family members pray for his early release so that he could perform the wedding ceremony of his daughters.
