The brother of former Congress MLA K.S.K.Rajendran has allegedly committed suicide by hanging in his house, police said today.
The incident occurred when Rajendran and his family members had left for a function at nearby Meenakshipuram.
Police said K.S.K.Ganesan was found dead this morning by his mother and other family members.
The reason for his committing suicide was under investigation.
He was into the money-lending business, police said.
