Hyderabad, September 01: Mr T Ramadasappa Naidu, who claimed himself as a former follower of Mr Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and a Congress leader on Tuesday alleged that the “Sakshi TV and the Sakshi newspaper” were resorting to telecasting and printing “false” news stories against his organizations as he severed his association with Mr Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy.
Speaking to the media here today, Mr Ramadasappa Naidu alleged that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy and his associates were behaving arrogantly because of money power. He also alleged that Mr Jagan has amassed ill-gotten wealth to the tune of some Rs 50,000 crores when his father late YSR was chief minister from 2004 to 2009. He also pointed out that Mr Jagan’s total property in 2001 was just around Rs 17 crores.
Mr Ramadasappa Naidu said that he submitted a petition to the “State Legal Service Authority” today seeking CBI inquiry into the illegal properties owned by Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy. He demanded a CBI inquiry into the murder of Julakanti Srinivas alias Moddu Srinu as Mr Jagan’s role was suspected in the case. He also said that he possessed adequate evidence to prove his allegations.
