Alleging that the TRS leaders’ “lies” were more stinking than that of polluted Musi River water, AICC Official spokesperson Madhu Yashki Goud said the assurances being made by the ruling party in the GHMC election campaigning could not be fulfilled even in 500 years, i.e. Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao’s great grandson could not fulfil them.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, along with TPCC Chief Official Spokesperson Dasoju Sravan Kumar, Madhu Yashki said the TRS government has completed only 300 double bed room houses in the last 18 months and it would take at least 500 years to complete two lakh houses if his family continue to rule the Telangana State. He also alleged that the State government assured that it will provide free Wi-Fi facility, but not yet fulfilled it more so they were saying that they will provide in the coming three months. He also alleged that the IT Minister KTR was spending time with false talk against Congress party.
Demanding Roads & Buildings Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao, who had stated that multi-level flyovers will be constructed at a cost of Rs 10,000 crore, to tell whether he launched any work in the State, Yashki alleged that the TRS ministers swindled Rs 200-crore in power purchase agreements.
Alleging that Governor ESL Narsimhan was working as a brand ambassador to the TRS government instead of performing his Constitutional duties diligently, Yashki wondered over the Governor describing the Mission Bhaghiratha as a wonderful project. He questioned the Governor what made him to describe the Mission Bhaghiratha, in which crores of rupees corruption changed hands, as a wonderful project. He opined that the Governor has to concentrate on “anti-people” activities and corrupt practices taking place in the State. (NSS)
