London: European stock markets rebounded strongly at the start of trading on Friday after EU leaders struck a deal on migration.
London’s benchmark FTSE 100 index jumped 0.8 percent to 7,679.55 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 grew 1.2 percent to 12,322.64 points and the Paris CAC 40 advanced 1.1 percent to 5,335.24 compared with Thursday’s closing levels.
