Telangana Finance Minister, E Rajender today said that he prayed the Goddess Mahankali to bless the state with abundant rainfall and better agricultural yield.
After having darshan of Mahankali Goddess at Secunderabad and offering prayers for the well being of the people, Rajender said that it is proud to see that Bonalu Festival got the status of State Festival on achieving Telangana. Since there is no adequate rainfall in the state and across the country, he has prayed the goddess to bless with more rainfall for better crops. He exuded confidence the goddess will give its people wealth, health and happiness.(NSS)
