Hyderabad: Dy. CM, Mr. K. Sri Hari convened a meeting of the officials of Dept. of Education and asked them to send proposals for establishing one residential school for girls and another for boys in each of the 31 districts.
He instructed the officials to form a committee consisting of the recipients of best headmaster award and to formulate a report. He also advised the officials to provide training in spoken English to the teachers and to seek cooperation from English and Foreign Languages University, Wipro, British Council and other institutions.
