Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court on Tuesday observed that it did not find any ground that supported the decision of the state government to repeal the contentious Regulation 13 from HMDA zone rules. A division bench comprising of Chief Justice RS Chauhan and Justice Shameem Akhtar made this observation after perusing the note file submitted by the state government in the Errum Manzil case.
The petitioners contended that the GO issued by the state government was not valid since it repealed Regulation 13 from the state heritage Act, 2017, from its inception.
