Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Jupalli Krishna Rao today informed the Legislative Council that equal justice would be done to all sections of the society.
The minister was replying to questions in the Upper House. He said 3.49 lakh beedi labourers were getting pensions. After announcement of demonetization of big currency notes, the State government has set up special centers for disbursement of pension under Aasara scheme, he said, adding that the government was determined to provide pensions and other benefits to all the eligible persons.
