Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao said that the Telangana Industrial policy is being widely discussed abroad in countries like USA, Europe, China, Japan, etc., and there has been lot of appreciation for it.
Speaking to Subodh Agarwal, Chairman Eirene Systems Private Limited, Mumbai and Executive Director Ashutosh Agarwal who called on him this evening, the CM said that Telangana is a new state and it wants to develop and its slogan is to get as many investments as possible to the state.
Subodh Agarwal and Ashutosh Agarwal requested the Chief Minister to allot land to set up their industry in the state. They told KCR that the type of products to be produced in their industry are with a technology that has not been there any where so far. They said theirs is a high- Technology based industry. The concept is “Make in India” concept.
Respoding positively to their request, the Chief Minister asked the Chairman and E.D. to apply in accordance with the provisions of New Industrial policy and on scrutiny necessary approvals will be given.
The Chief Minister also told them that they need not go round different offices for clearances and the chasing cell in the CMO will take care of it. He also said that the Industrial Policy is 100% transparent and with zero tolerance to corruption.
Ministers Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Naini Narsimha Reddy, Laxma Reddy, Advisor to Government B. Paparao, Principal Secretaries to Chief Minister S. Narsing Rao, Shanti Kumari, Secretary Industries Arvind Kumar, Secretary I.T. Jayesh Ranjan and TSIIC MD Narsimha Reddy were present in the meeting.(INN)
