TPCC Chief N Uttam Kumar Reddy today opined that the situation would not have come to this level had the TRS government waived off the bank loans of farmers at one go.
The TPCC chief visited Nalgonda district on Saturday. Speaking on the occasion, Uttam Kumar demanded that the government extend ex-gratia to the kin of the farmers committed suicide after June 2, 2014. He also asked the government to extend help to the farmers by announcing drought-hit mandals immediately. (NSS)
