Secretary General SIO, Brother P M Saleh has strongly urged the government to ensure 4.5% Muslim reservations under OBC quota without delay, so that a large number of Muslim students can benefit from it. He said if the government takes the matter to Supreme Court, SIO will support government under public interest petition.
He lauded the reservation policy of UPA government and demanded justice to Muslims, by challenging the verdict pronounced by Andhra Pradesh High court on Muslim reservation, in Supreme Court.
