Enlightening young generation about the sacrifices of Muslim freedom fighters need of the hour: ZAK

Hyderabad: Services of Muslim freedom fighters are being forgotten in a planned manner. If young generation are enlightened about the sacrifices the freedom fighters made, hardships they endured, it will strengthen communal harmony in the country. Siasat Daily is ready to help every organisation and individual which undertake the task of enlightening young generation about the achievements made by the Muslim freedom fighters. These views were expressed by Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan after inaugurating portraits of Muslim freedom fighters at the eastern block of Salarjung Museum. The exhibition has jointly been organised by Greater Hyderabad Youth Association and MDF. Social and RTI activist Engineer Imran played significant role in organising the exhibition. Over 200 portraits of Muslim freedom fighters have been displayed at the exhibition.

Speaking further Mr. Zahed Ali Khan said communal harmony needs too be strengthened in today’s scenario. Communal forces in a planned conspiracy are trying to dissociate new generation from the achievements of Muslims freedom fighters although they are fully aware that Muslim freedom fighters sacrificed their lives to ensure freedom of their country. He congratulated engineer Mohammed Imran and President Greater Hyderabad Association Mohammed Irfan for organising such a unique exhibition.

Leader of opposition in Telangana Legislative Council Mohammed Ali Shabbir said that history is being distorted during the BJP rule. Education department is being saffronised. Sacrifices of Muslim freedom fighters are being wiped out with a planned conspiracy. He said that RRS had no role in freedom struggle. What type of role the leaders of Sangh Parivar had played during freedom struggle is preserved in the pages of history.
