Hyderabad, September 20: An aeronautical engineering student ended his life in a private lodge at LB Nagar on Sunday.
The deceased, K Nagender Reddy (22), was a native of Rajahmundry and was staying in a rented accommodation at LB Nagar. He was in first-year aeronautical engineering student at the King Aeronautical Engineering College at Peerzadiguda.On Sunday morning around 7 a.m, Nagender Reddy left his room. According to police, he checked into a room at the Padmavathi Lodge near Kamineni Hospital around 11.30 a.m. As he did not come out of the room after check-in, the hotel staff grew suspicious and forced open the door. They found him lying dead in the room.
LB Nagar police sub-inspector E Jahangeer said Nagender Reddy had consumed a cold drink laced with poison. He left behind a suicide note in which he held no one responsible for his death. “I have no complaints against anyone. I am sorry to all,” he wrote in the note.
