Employees filed a petition to the Labour Commissioner againts TCS Sacking

Thousands of TCS employees, of TCS have signed an online petition asking Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to stop “indiscriminate termination” by the company.

The Forum for IT Employees (FITE) on Wednesday filed a petition to the Labour Commissioner and asked him to bring justice to the unfairly terminated employees.

According to FITE members,over 25000 of employees shaev acked suddenly and thrown out of office leaving them no buffer time to search for jobs in other organizations and almost 3000 are from Hyderabad.

FITE is planning a demonstration in Kochi on Tuesday, to be followed by another protest at Bangalore. Hyderabad, Chennai and Pune are also expected to see protests by sacked TCS employees, who alleged that many of the employees were forcefully made to resign.

The staff are being replaced by frehers so that high salary can be saved, said an employee.
