(Siasat News)Govt. A.P. should initiate action against the tainted ministers instead of supporting them so that people should have confidence in governance. Muddukrishnama Naidu and Mr. M.Naresimhulu MLA’s of TDP made this remark while addressing a press conference yesterday. They asked the Govt. why it is avoiding taking action against the ministers who are involved in irregularities.
Mr. Muddukrishnama Naidu told that C.B.I. in its charge sheet declared Mr. Dharmana Presada Rao, Minister for Roads and Buildings as accused and the court has convicted Mr. K.Parthasarathy, Education Minister. Despite these facts, no action has been taken against them. It amounts to humiliating the people. TDP MLA’s told that if an employee takes Rs. 500 as bribe, he is sent to jail but the ministers who misappropriated crores of rupees are spared without any action.
Mr. Naidu demanded the Govt. to arrest the ministers who received notices from the Supreme Court. Instead of providing legal help to them, they should be arrested to help the law.
TDP MLA’s told that the resignation of Dharma Prasada Rao is only a drama. He is also charged of construction of road up to his house under Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme. They demanded to dismiss Ms. Sabitha Indira Reddy, Ms. J.Geetha Reddy, Mr. K.Lakshminaraya and Mr. P.Lakshmaiah because by supporting these ministers, Govt. is getting a bad name and it is losing the confidence of the people. Mr. Naidu declared Mr. Kiran Kumar Reddy as the most inefficient Chief Minister and said that the state didn’t get such a Chief Minister so far.
Mr. Narasimhalu told that if Mr. Dharmana Prasada Rao really feels shameful, he should submit his resignation to the Governor instead of giving it to Chief Minister
